A combination of hits and misses
The breathtaking mountain view from my balcony made mornings special! The staff were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic, diverse spread.
Yet, the checkout process was frustrating, and I had issues with bag collection that added unnecessary stress to my departure.

beautiful mountain views, spacious deluxe rooms, elegant architectural design
Certain room furnishings could use a thorough cleaning!!! The high prices for extra services were a letdown, making unexpected expenses something to be cautious about. The games area being closed was also quite disappointing!!!

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet meals offered a great variety and delicious options, making each dining experience enjoyable. The balcony view from my deluxe room was stunning, overlooking lush green forests and mountains. I particularly loved relaxing by the beautiful pool with its peaceful surroundings and forest view.
the check-out process felt a bit too routine for such a welcoming hotel.

Earl's Regency in Kandy surprised me with its fantastic location. The view from my Junior Suite was breathtaking, overlooking the lush greenery and the Mahaweli River. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a serene atmosphere. Breakfast stole the show, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially Dilshan at the restaurant, always ready to help. The large pool was a great spot for relaxation, keeping my kids entertained most of the time. However, the check-out process felt cumbersome with the insistence on returning the key card, which caught us off guard during our tour. This aspect could definitely be streamlined. Overall, I had a great time, but some minor service adjustments would improve the overall experience.

The breakfast spread at Earl's was a feast for the senses, featuring everything from fresh tropical fruits to scrumptious baked goodies. The staff was top-notch, especially Dilshan, who was a gem in the restaurant, always ready to help. Plus, the kids went wild over the large pool!
The check-out vibe felt a tad rigid, especially when we had to trek back for the key card. Also, the room cleaning left a bit to be desired, with some dusty corners stealing the shine.
